With the toy scare of 2007 and lagging sales in the rear view mirror toy manufacturers are eagerly looking forward to this year’s American International Toy Fair. The Toy Fair isn’t open to the public but we usually get to see pictures of the latest and greatest toys.

Last year¹s American International Toy Fair saw DC DIRECT and DC
UNLIMITED unleash products based on WORLD OF WARCRAFT, AFRO SAMURAI and INFINITE CRISIS to an excited and amazed public.

This year, DC DIRECT ups the ante with an array of new figures,
statues, collector figures and busts bursting out of the pages of DC COMICS and from the realm of WORLD OF WARCRAFT, the highly popular multiplayer game along with some top secret, mind-blowing surprises at the show.

It has been reported that Wild Republic will be displaying a new set of toys based on National Geographic’s Sea Monsters film. Sea Monsters: A Prehistoric Adventure was narrated by soon to be Sabertooth actor, Liev Schreiber.
