This is the 2nd statue in the Black and White series.  This is the ultra buff, weightlifter Batman.  I'm not saying that he's on steroids but the statues have track marks. (kidding)  The production numbers dropped for this statue down to 5000.

To buy or not to buy
This isn't one of the more realistic
Batman's so if funds are limited you should pass.  If you are a completist or Bisley fan, buy it.  The gloves on this statue have extremely long bat protrusions so make sure they are intact when buying it.
